return of equipment

recently cancelled my virgin contract and was supplied with box to return via YODEL ,this was done on the 16/11/23 ,i have since received emails telling me they do not have the equipment and i will be charged if not sent back .I have tracked the parcel but it now  requires the post code of the place its being delivered to .

I phoned them and found they had received it back and my refund would follow ,I checked the tracker again and found an email confirming the return ,phone them and advise on tracker and let them chase it
