I wish to discuss my account, I tried to do it online using the "AI" chat and it wants to continue via WhatsApp. I did this the other year, although I think there was a human on the other end of the chat, but now, it never works! Tried 3 times now, and it flashes something up on chat about not being able to continue, but it closes before I can read it properly.
Any ideas? I would rather not call them if I can help it.
