I just signed up for a contract but need my account number and area reference to create an account, my name on my contract been spelt wrong and ive had no confirmation for a engineer i booked to come out.

Sorry to hear these concerns about accessing your online account. When joining our services, you can't usually access My VM until your services have been installed and activated. If you are awaiting an installation appointment, sadly this would affect your ability to register, or access My VM. 👉 virg.in/myVM

We can offer some support and insight into an upcoming engineers appointment if needed! We will just need to send you a PM to confirm a few account details so we can arrange this for you.
