moving home
Hi, I am trying to book my house move via web page. after couple of Q&A it says "Great news! Virgin media is available" when clicked "Book my move" nothing happens. I tried webchat for almost 5 day...

So sorry to hear about your experience in getting your services transferred to a new address! We appreciate this must be frustrating.
Sadly we are limited with what support we can provide for this via the forum (as we can't process a move & Transfer). This needs to be done directly with the movers team. You can do this via phone 📞0345 454 1111 or 150 from a VM landline & WhatsApp 📲+447305 327 112.
