Moving home

I'm currently in the process of moving home and need/want to transfer My services with me.

When selecting the move home options from my account my address is not listed but the street is.

I've filled in the form for a call back on the 14th and move on the 28th.

 The form says within 10 working days but i'm hoping maybe someone from the forum team could help?
