Moving Home

Hi

We are moving home and i spoke to someone yesterday about transferring my broadband to the new address but they confirmed they can't service the new address.

What options are available as they tried saying i was still in contract and would have to pay termination fee's of 13 months cost but in my opinion it's not my fault they can't supply my new address. I was prepared to take the service with me if possible.

Is this correct that i would have to buy out the remaining months of my contract?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear that we cannot service you in your new home. In the event that is the case, we will process a disconnection order for a date of termination that you advise us, if there are any remaining months left of your contract term upon moving into your new home our team will email you requesting documents by a timeframe to show that you are now residing at the non serviceable address, once received any Early Termination Fees will be removed from your account as part of the disconnection process.

    This is something that can be discussed further and looked into by the House Moves team on 📞0345 454 1111, option 1, 4, 3.
