moving home - chat bot experience is so bad so far that I am having 2nd thoughts..

I have started a conversation via the chat bot several times now and it just disappears.

This experience of trying to talk to an AI computer is so bad that I am having second thoughts of whether I should even stay with virgin.

Hi yes,

I spoke to a human via telephone and got my move sorted.

My contract isn't exactly the same, however I was assured that everything would settle down once the move had happened.

I also recorded the conversation from my side - for my own reference.

Regarding the contract - is it the price of the contract length which is an issue or something else?

It was both the price and the length of the contract !

It took another couple of calls but now seems to be sorted.

Spoke to my new next door neighbour who also moved into her house the same month as us.

They work as a Virgin media call centre agent !
