I'm having the same issue as well. Moved house, same package, same speed, same everything, contract end date is advanced like it's a new contract. Why is this continuing to happen even after all these years? How do I fix this the end date to the correct date?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I hope the house move went well?
If you are still in contract at the old property, then it is a like for like contract at the new one, unless agreed differently of course.
Normally this happens as it should, however on occasion, we need to put full contract and pricing on and amend after. This is due to coding issues for example but should always be clearly communicated to avoid confusion.
