9 September 2024 will be my last day with virgin media, your prices are no longer competitive 

Vodafone 900mb for £31 a month , your price for that speed is no where near that, it's too high

been with virgin media 13 years and 8 months 

got 2 phone calls from retentions, that didn't help, 0% help

Until about 1 year ago there was no competition for high speed broadband where I live, openreach have no plans to upgrade from fttc to fttp until 2026

Voadafone offer good deals on cityfibre network for broadband and phone, they don't rip you off if you don't want a TV package

Sometimes the connection drops out for a few minutes, not good for a game like runescape

was told the downstream power levels wear too high, he did something to sort that out

also got a new hub, the hub 4 

im 100% sure i will leave virgin media on 9 September to join Vodafone, as they use cityfibre, i can get symmetrical download and upload speeds

Very nice too. It makes sense. VM will offer symmetrical too eventually with its Xgs-pon upgrade.

i can get gig 1, but it's more expensive and a lower upload speed
