how soon is too soon to request a new 18 month contract at same price as a new customer without leaving?

We would advise that there isn't a best time to request a renewal as such, but when customers are out of a contract they would have a stronger negotiating position as there would be a desire to ensure that customers who can leave without penalty are retained.
In the case of getting a new customer deal re-added or matched is not something we can guarantee or endorse as new customer deals once expire cannot be re-issued to an existing customer.

Prices change from day to day, but you are highly unlikely to get the same price as a new customer. If you leave there is a 90 period before you can apply for a new connection. Remember if you are offered a ‘deal’ it is valid just for that instant, you cannot go away and think about it. Next time you enquire it’s most likely that you will be offered a higher price.
