My contract is coming to an end. When I try through my account to accept the package offered I get a message that confirmation is being sent to my email address. the email address it shows is not my email. its close but one digit is wrong. I can log into my account with the correct email but nothing is coming through for the renewal. Any ideas how to get this resolved without spending hours trying communicate with VM?
