One month ago, Virgin media expert damaged the radiator pipe in my home, while installing FO. An expert came and immediately fixed the pipe. Virgin medial promised to fix the wall (plastering the big hole in the wall) and paint in within two weeks. But It's not done yet. I'm calling the expert who is is just promising to follow up, but no result. Not possible to follow up in my account as I'm always end up chatting with a robot mentioning everything is ok with my system! This is really frustrating and I don't know how to talk to resolve it ASAP.

We see regular topics like this on here. VM damages something and is then slow to complete a repair or carries out a repair which is of very poor quality. If you are getting nowhere with VM, you need to follow other avenues to get the damage fixed.

What sort of cover do you have under home insurance (such as legal advice etc.)? If your home insurance does not cover you, you will need to seek advice from Citizens Advice on how to proceed against VM. This may involve a small claims process (where you give notice to VM that you will be making a claim against them and a time-limited window to fix the damage before action).

I don't think that the ombudsman service handles cases involving property damage but you could contact them to confirm that.
