Hello, I am having the same problem, please could someone from Virgin PM me. I've been without internet for five days now and I still cannot even set up an account to try to expedite the process of getting it fixed.

New user here also frustrated that I’m unable to create an account as I get the same message regardless of device or browser/app.
How is this being resolved for other users? I have tried the simple passwords as recommended elsewhere in this thread and multiple other connotations, to not avail.
I am also having this issue, its been weeks since I joined virgin media and I have tried all the minimum requirements multiple times since joining. Please can someone from VM reach out to help me?
