Can someone please help me. I just tried renewing my contract on the virgin media app. It seemed to all go through. But at the end with the order number it states that I will receive an email but the email address that it will send to was my old email address. I have changed my email address in the app but it still has my old email address that I can not get into.

Hey pp47, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about your renewal issue.
Online renewals can takes around 10 working days to go through, if you have updated this email it would of updated but sometimes it wouldn't show right away.
The system sometimes needs to play catch up.

I updated my email address months ago. So I doubt that the system hasn’t caught up. That’s why I’m a bit concerned.
