Wifi Disconnected

Due to insufficient funds my direct debit was declined for my WiFi bill. Was a simple mistake and soon as I realised (same day it declined) I paid the bill . This was as my WiFi had disconnected and as a Uni student I was working on my dissertation as this happened. 

Its since been 24hrs since disconnection and paying the bill yet my WiFi still hasn't been reconnected. Just annoying as the bill was paid asap yet I'm not receiving the service that I paid for.
