I had my final bill £138.82 credit, my bill was dated 14th September, I am yet to receive this credit which is far too long to wait, Virgin would kick up a hell of a fuss if it was the other way round, how can you treat people like this?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your credit at the moment. When did your account with us fully disconnect? The full process can take up to 45 days from your disconnection date for the refund cheque to reach you.
