Virgin media cut off my services on the 29th of February.
I closed the account early so was told a fee would need to be paid. Its been a month and I've not received a bill for it my final bill states the £38 I was paying but thats it. Also virgin media haven't removed the address from my account or closed it despite receiving my equipment. I worry because new tenants are moving into my old flat and I don't want them to start up virgin media and I get charged for it or for the new tenants to have access to my information through the address. I just want to pay my termination fee cancel the direct debit and move on with my life no account no emails nothing. Why is it so hard.

We're sorry to hear you've been having some issues with getting your account cancelled. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
