Paid Bill Not Showing As Paid on Virginmedia
Hello,
I paid my November bill on December the 16th but it is still showing as not paid on the virginmeda site. It is showing I need to pay 67.21 but that is my December bill not due until next month as is shown correctly on the myvirginmedia site. Please see the screenshots below:

Can someone tell me why this is and if I need to do anything about it?

Hey Antonij1975, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about billing issue.
From here it looks like the bill date is today the 23/12/24 however this is not due until the 12/1/25 so you don't need to do anything about this
All you need to do is get ready for Christmas, to have a amazing time 🙂
