Hi
I recently cancelled my brothers Virgin media account ( I have POA for his account ) and have posted back the Virgin Media equipment.
I've also received an email confirming receipt of the return and requested items.
The return status on his account has not updated yet? ( See Picture )
Can anyone advise when this will change?

Maybe never.
I returned kit several months ago and the status didn't update to say it was received.

Sent by Yodel - It was there label on the returns packaging.
Received a digital receipt by email with tracking number.
Also have pics of the parcel, items and delivery label with the same tracking number.
Maybe excessive but I've been burnt before in a similar situation which is why I'm questioning this.

Sounds like you are covered then!
You can wait for a reply from VM on here for some sort of official confirmation, however it can take several days.
