I recently terminated my Virgin Broadband service, and my last bill shows that my account is in credit. So I would like to know when and how I will get this credit paid to me.
The bill, dated 22nd April 2024 says "there is nothing you need to do". Cool, but that was over a month ago now, and I am expecting Virgin Media to do something - like refund the money into my bank account.

Hi Stirbitch,
Thanks for posting, if you are due a credit, this will be processed 35 days after the final bill date. We then advise a further 14 days to receive. Depending on the chosen method this will be either a cheque refund or BACs payment.
