Virgin media Netflix accont added without my authorisation repeatedly

I have the same problem.  Virgin Media are refusing to acknowledge they have a security issue with how these Netflix accounts are set up.

Was it a yahoo.com email address that was used, by any chance?

I've got the same problem and Virgin Media are denying they have a security problem around this.  If what you have experienced is identical to what I had, then they are lying to both of us.

Same thing has happened to me.  Virgin are not admitting this has happened to many customers, and they are refusing to acknowledge they have a security issue with how these Netflix accounts can be created. Clearly hackers have figured it out.
