Virgin Media VAT Invoice - Required for HMRC

I'm paying VAT as part of my monthly bill, and I need a VAT invoice that shows this, for my accountant.

I've called the payment team and a very unhelpful person told me this is not possible, when I know from other messages, that it is.

This is so frustrating.

Please advise how we make this happen.
