Only statements for the past 4 years (48 months) can be requested and provided, so depending on how long your account has been active, we may not be able to provide all the backing billing you're asking for.
We require specific billing date information for this request, which must match the dates on our side for it to be accepted. We cannot accept, for example, 2023 to 2025, or March 2023 to March 2025. We will need the full bill date as shown on the billing, so for example, 13th March 2023 to 15th March 2025.
Please note that manual receipts cannot be sent for those statements where we have not yet received payment. We also wouldn't be able to supply VAT receipts without a VAT Registration Number.
