Reece - I’m having exactly the same issue.
i “think” that Netflix (that I pay for, directly to Netflix, via debit card) logged itself out for some reason. My wife or kid then tried to sign in but somehow choose to create another account (I know - a silly mistake) and I’m now charged £18 a month for the premium/top package on my Virgin bill. I’ve called the last two months to explain, had the bill amended by you, spoke to Netflix who advised only have one account (that I pay for directly to them) and that they can’t help.
basically - I pay you for the premium service, it my own subscription (that I pay straight to Netflix) is the basic package with adverts………. I can’t even use/enjoy the premium package I’m giving Virgin the subscription for.
Please can someone help, as it’s getting frustrating - and the only permanent fix I can see is to leave Virgin for another supplier, and just stop paying you any money at all

Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
The charges on the bill would be valid I'm afraid for the incorrectly set up account, Netflix still should have some record of this though.
I'll send you a PM now to discuss further.
