Hello,
I need assistance with resetting my password. Every time I attempt to send the password reset link. I received the email after 10/15 minutes and when I click on the link to reset, it prompts me with the message: "Your Password reset link has expired"
Can a staff member please contact me via private message or email to resolve this issue as I have no way to manage my billing / account online as I cannot access it. This seems very much set up to be designed to do this to prevent your customers from being able to manage their bills online. I request immediate assistance on this matter.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with resetting the password due to a delay in the email being received. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
