Hi,
I have been trying to reset my login password for the VM Connect app, every time i choose the reset password option an email is never sent. I have tried several times over the past few days to no avail and have checked my junk email too.
Can you help please?

Suspect VM do not have the correct email details on your account.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue logging in to the Connect App. These would be the same details as you use to log in to your My VM in order to view your bills. Please try logging in to My VM and if having issues, pop back and let us know so we can then help further.
