I can't get an answer, and noone will speak to me

 

WhatsApp is a really really really bad way to keep in touch with customers....What ever happened to speaking to a human?

He indeed doesn't say explicitly but I would guess the discrepancies in the two screen shots around (a) whether or not there were any package changes (and if so what) and (b) what the monthly bundle price due to be paid on 2 September should actually be.

Have you just re-contracted?  If you have then the first payment on said new contract will be a 'mashup' as the DD is taken in advance (on old contact terms) so the DD won't match the package you've contracted for until subsequent bill generations which is probably where the CR comes in.
