Hi

Is anyone able to tell me how to change my billing to allow VAT receipt downloads?
Contacted CS several times but still not showing.

Welcome to the community forums

Sorry to hear you've not been able to get support with your VAT receipt request.

We can add VAT billing to your account for your future bills. We'll need to pass security so please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon.

This is something we can certainly get set up for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
