Hi i need some help urgently.
i recently moved house and informed VM etc, they have moved the service but now 2 months later i have noticed they haven moved my DD, have billed me for a package change of £80 and have put my monthly bill up from £66 to £166 a month.
I dont know what to do i just got a late bill of £455 and i usually pay £66 a month.
When i told the team i was moving house they didnt explain any of this?
