Upgrade options when on the main page

I've logged in the last few times to check my account and VM banners pop up from time to time offering deals and it used to take me to a page where I could click the deal to accept it. Now at the moment it's offering me 1GB BB for £4 extra a month. A top up from my 500mb but everytime I've clicked on it. it now wants to take me to live chat that often doesn't load.

Total waste of time if I can't just have the option to upgrade from my account.

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your account and thank you again for confirming. 

Are you able to select which browser to open the chat into? If so have you been able to try opening this on an alternative browser at all?
