Hi there - I renewed my contract this week and was told I would have exactly the same contract for a different price, except after putting on Netflix just now, it has updated to Netflix with Ads? I don't want ads and there seems no obvious way to upgrade to my previous No Ad version or a way to change it back to what it was? Could you please let me know how to get this changed back ASAP?

Should also say that although I have renewed and received a confirmation email, my next bill is showing double the amount and is still asking me to Renew My Plan?

I logged in to my Netflix Account separately and managed my plan and changed to Standard Plan for £6 extra through my Account/Membership/Details, but feel like this should have been apples to apples when we're told it is the same plan and there is no option to see Netflix with Ads until your contract arrives. Having to do this, when we are told it is the exact same plan seems very shady and miscommunicative?

Same problem here when moving house and seems like Virgin are taken completely by surprise. House moving team and renewals team are mis-selling their contracts.
