I signed up to the volt package as I was advices that was the best deal. Like others on this forum I received an O2 sim that I did not want. I am now being charged monthly for this and have been unable to cancel the contract as O2 don’t know how to deal with it and I also keep just getting disconnected! Eventually I cancelled my direct debit, however this resulted in the outstanding money being forwarded to a debt collection agency. I now have a black mark on my credit history and am having problems with getting my mortgage loan agreed! This is completely unacceptable as I never wanted this Sim in the first place and am now unable to cancel the account for it. What can virgin do to help resolve this please?

Hi @NickyQ 👋.
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues with your package that contained a sim card as well as your package, we need to bring you in for a private message so that we can look into this further. Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

Volt packages include mobile phone from O2 and unless you already have a one with them your package is charged in two parts, broadband and TV from VM and mobile phone from O2.
