Unauthorised package change
Hi I have had an email from VM claiming i have changed my package and this will be reflected in my next bill. we have not made this change.
I have had a look online on our account and i cannot see that a change has been made, however i can now no longer log in to my netflix account which is part of my package. it appears to have been compromised.
I have had similar issues before with netflix being added on and hacked and it took forever to sort out
Has anybody else had this issue?
