I have tried both via the Virgin Media website and the app to disable marketing but I always get the following message:
"Sorry the changes you made were not saved. Please try again later"
I'm getting extremely frustrated by the constant marketing calls and hope I can find a way to stop all marketing communication from Virgin.

We apologise for the constant marketing calls on behalf of our team. Can you let us know if the issue persists after clearing cookies and cache? Also, have you made our phone team aware on the calls that you do not wish to be contacted?

Hi, Thanks clearing the app cache worked so hopefully I'll stop getting marketing calls soon.
I have made the phone team aware but that has never worked 😕
