Updating marketing preferences

Trying to update marketing preferences on the web page (from my phone).

I want to give consent and have ticked the required box.

On trying to save, the page returns and error message:

"Sorry the changes you made were not saved. Please try again later"

When is "later"?

We can understand the frustration caused and want to best help. Does this issue occur on multiple devices? Does the issue persist after clearing cookies and cache in your we browser?     Hello, I've tried on 2 different android devices via Chrome.

    Cookies and browser history were cleared.

    Getting same error message on second device.
