Marketing Preferences
I’ve recently cancelled my Virgin Media subscription as the cost was going to rise significantly. I’ve just checked my marketing preferences to see if they were enabled in case retentions tried to contact me.
To make sure the preferences were as I wanted them I decided to select the options again, which were to be contacted by email, text message, phone or post. I also selected sounds good. Keep me up to date green tick option in my account.
Despite selecting this I got the message you have opted out - which is the opposite to what I want.
I’ve tried several times to alter this but keep getting the same result. Can anyone from the VM team check my account please & let me know what is happening.
