Unable to see account details online

Hi

I'm not able to see information about my package or billing online. If I log in and click on "billing" under my account, it takes me to the help page - I click on billling and payments->view your bill->broadband, TV and landline and am taken back to the beginning again.

I'm also not able to see any details about my current package or to change anything online. If I click on "view your deal" I am just taken to an error page saying "oops!".

Is this going to be fixed soon? Thanks.

Hi

Thanks for the response. I get the same error in the latest Chrome, Edge and on the app. Clearing cookies made no difference.

Thanks for the update @13geckotoes

Does the same issue happen on any other device?
What device are you currently using?

Kind regards,
Ilyas.

Hi

It doesn't work on any Windows laptop or Android phone/tablet in my household! This includes the app and Chrome/Edge as mentioned above. I consistently get the "oops" message above. Thanks.
