Unable to reset password

Error message that strength of new password is invalid no matter what is inputted. I am certain the requirements are being met and can see that this is a repeat issue for lots of customers. Please message me to resolve which appears to be the process you follow.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble when attempting to reset your password. What device and browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies and then giving it another go to see if that helps at all?
