Unable to change cable account contact number

I have had the same problem with changing my mobile number. It saves the change but then  later reverts to the old number. I have had two long phonecalls with VM support to solve this. Each time they have told me that they have the correct number and that it will show in a few days. It doesn't. Weeks later it is still wrong. I even raised a complaint about this and it is still not sorted. As you have helped another customer here perhaps you can help me too?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your mobile number, can I ask when you last spoke with our teams in regards to this?
