Trying to re contract to offer

I received a re contract offer of £78 and have been trying to speak to someone about this as I want to know how to  take off the sky sports add on asI don't need sports. 

I also want to check that it still includes netflix and the ability to divert my landline to my mobile. 

I am going round and round in circles with the chat bot trying to disconnect me and I've tried speaking to someone but they didn't understand what I was trying to do!  


Has anyone had the same problem and any ideas how I can do this?
