Tnt sports removed

I upgraded my package to include sky sports. I received an email confirming my upgrade but tnt sports had been removed. I didnt ask for it to be removed as want both.

I had tnt sports as an add on (£18). The breakdown of my new package still includes the £18 but appears it is for free voicemail and no longer tnt sports.

I am still paying for tnt but has been removed from my channels. I would like it reactivated since I am still paying for it
