Hey henryc, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
TNT sports is now an add on, have you checked your paperwork to see if this is stated on it?
Do let us know.

Hi there ive checked my new contract as given on 30th august it says maxit tv ...themsame as what i had been on....the email that the contract came attatched to staes at top..all sorted ...so i assumed all woukd remain as tge same ie id stil have tnt......further down the page it does in much smaller text mention that tnt would be removed...BUT this was not spelt out to me when I enquired about adding sky sports ..so come on please help sort or ill simply drop tge sky sports since i am on a 30 day rolling contract ...instead of trying to push me for an additional 18 pounds for tnt.im already giving you ?£100 a month!!

After giving VM the chance to sort the issue out, on this simple, online form, please let the telecoms regulator OfCom know about your experience of contracts not being as agreed and loss of services without being informed that you had.
Ofcom have been investigating various complaints since 2023, but many customers have not reported because they did not know or thought it would take lots of time.
