Did the 18 month Discount dance a few days ago. Got a reduction. In the meantime, I had a 360 delivery due yesterday. Waited in all day. No show.Phoned up and was told it had been cancelled because I had a new contract! No one bothered to inform me though. 360 now being, hopefully, delivered in a few days. Meanwhile, I noticed a "Tivo Monthly Fee" on the new contract. Ask the customer service advisor about it and she comes out with some confusing flim flam. Can't find much info online. Any thoughts please?
