TNT sports removed

Please can someone help me with this

I have had the same issue as others have had where I accepted an online renewal deal which stated I would “keep my current virgin media deal without losing anything” but I have now lost TNT sports.

i also took screen shots of this before I accepted the deal and TNT sports was included in my Maxit Tv package.

Can someone help me get TNT sports back .

VM staff respond on this forum, and they should reach this post in a day or so.
