TNT sports has been removed from my package

I recently renewed my contract which stated I would get everything my old package included. The renewal also stated TNT was part of the new contract. I have now found that this is not the case. What has happened?

What proof do you have, that TNT Sports was included in your proposed new package? Do you have any screenshots you can post up?

Hey KJboxer thank you for reaching out and I am so sorry to hear about this.

TNT sports is not included with the package  now it is an add on.

If you had this before the renewal you would of lost this, as mentioned above does your paperwork state you was getting TNT sports with this at all?
