I have the same issue, my current plan and contract includes TNT Sports and I'm unable to see them.
Also, I have tried to reach one of your agents the whole morning and they have not responded through chat or phone.
Additionally, I have not received the email with the link mentioned in below posts, can you please provide guidance and help with this?

Sorry to hear of your concerns with TNT. Have you made any package changes recently?
If not, do you see TNT included in your contract at all? You can view your contract through your My Virgin Media online account should you need.
