TNT Sports incorrect charge
I had the same thing happen to me Said £18 -£13 = £5 but have charged me £16.20 ,Customer service trying to fob me off,raised a complaint but shut it down with out contacting me so got them to open again.

I have had the same issue, I'm not going to get fobbed off
Same here opened a complaint said would ring me, they just closed complaint same day
Without contact so git them to reopen.
