Billing Issue – Incorrect Charges After Upgrade to 1G Speed
I recently accepted an offer to upgrade to 1G broadband speed for £33 per month. However, when I received my first bill, I was charged £72 for the package, and my current bill is showing £108. This is not the pricing I agreed to, and I would appreciate it if someone could look into this issue. Thank you!
