Hi - I am furious that TNT seems to have been removed from my package despite it still showing in 2 places on 'My Account' page as being included in the Maxit package.
Inclusion BT/TNT sports was the thing that persuaded me to upgrade to Maxit TV package on an unsolicited marketing call. When I logged on to watch the cricket I discovered it had disappeared, at first thinking this was a technical issue I contacted customer service and after 3 hours on the WhatsApp the agent was still unable or unwilling to say that it had been part of the package and removed or explain why still shown in graphics on my account page as part of current service. All they could do was try and charge me an extra £18 to watch it!!
I am still waiting for a response to the complaint I have submitted but suspect will be pointed to small print in T's & C's which I will have to accept. Still is around happy customer service and value for money so at least only need to wait til December to break all ties with VM and go elsewhere.

My Account Page still shows in 2 places that TNT is part of my packages. At best this is incredibly sloppy.

Hi @AndrewW1965
Welcome back to the community forums.
Sorry to hear of your concerns over TNT. Yes, this was sadly removed from the Maxit TV packages and would now be an add on. We no longer offer the Maxit TV package as this has been replaced with Mega TV.
I will raise this on our side to advise the team that online accounts are still showing that TNT would be a channel within Maxit TV, which is now incorrect.
Regarding TNT's removal, we did send out communications regarding this to customers who may wish to keep TNT. This would be removed if you've agreed on a new package since then or did not get in touch with us from the communications with your wish to keep TNT for the duration of the current contract.

still no response to my complaint and to add insult to injury I am being invited to renew my subscription now or face a price increase and the 'My Package' details not only has the graphics with TNT Sports but lists it in the channels I am already subscribed to. Please respond a.s.a.p. This is juts disgraceful and complete misrepresentation of the offer

Is this just the end of your minimum term & expiration of discounts?

Hi @AndrewW1965 👋.
Thanks for reaching back out to us, apologies that you have not heard back regarding your complaint, the team will respond in due course if submitted only recently. The end of your 18 month discounted period package is showing you the prices of what your package should of been without any discounts applied, this is also advised to you at the beginning of your 18 month term, so it s not a price increase. If you wish to discuss your package and see what deals and offers are available to you we can do this via a private message, or there is also the ability to look online here 👉 Existing Customer.
Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
Thanks.

Thanks for getting back to us, we would not be able to answer any questions relating to your account publicly nor without passing data protection. we can only advise publicly that this is what was instructed to be done when the channel broadcasters/ providers advised that it is now a subscription service, we also sent out communication to customers advising of this and if you wished to retain TNT Sports to reach out to us. If you wish to continue the conversation, I have sent you a private message, any disputes regarding the actual subscription service and the charges you would need to refer to TNT Sports.

The channel logos also include FOX which closed down over 3 years ago, SyFy which became Sky Sci Fi, and a few others are old/outdated logos.
