Hi, can a virgin media representative please sort this out for me.
I am a virgin media customer, I have been for years.
But it seems as though somebody else with the same surname as me has been linked to my email address, I keep receiving her virgin media bills, contract information etc, this is a breach of GDPR I'm sure she wouldn't be happy knowing I have her details.
I received an email saying her bill hasn't been paid...I don't know this lady, she lives at the other end of the country, I need my email address removing from her account please.
